Return & Refund Policy – BubbleXL

 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns are handled at BubbleXL.

 

1. Standard return period (14 days)

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it

  • unworn / unused

  • in the original, sealed packaging (balloon bags unopened)

  • with all tags and labels attached

  • with a receipt or proof of purchase

Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

2. Condition of returned balloons

Because of the nature of our products:

  • Returned balloons must be completely unused

  • Balloon bags must be sealed in their original packaging

  • Balloons that have been inflated with air or helium cannot be returned

If your return is received and inspected, and we confirm that:

  • the balloons are unused, and

  • the packaging is still sealed,

we will refund the value of the balloons (product price).

Shipping costs are not refunded, except where required by applicable law.

If the returned items are not in resalable condition (opened, used, damaged, contaminated), we may decline the refund.

 


 

3. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • the items are defective or damaged, or

  • you received the wrong product

so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases we will work with you on a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.


 

4. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used balloons (e.g. balloons that have been filled with air or helium)

  • Custom products (e.g. printed balloons or special orders made specifically for you)

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us before sending anything back.


 

5. Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the fastest way is:

 

  1. Return the item you have (following the steps above)

  2. Once your return is accepted and processed, place a new order for the desired item(s)

 

6. European Union – 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in line with the EU cooling-off rules.

The conditions are:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Unused, with tags, and in the original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

In case of a valid withdrawal within the legal period, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable law. Return shipping costs may be at your expense unless otherwise required by local regulations.


 

7. International orders, customs & refused shipments

 

For non-EU customers, please note:

  • Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer

If a shipment is:

  • refused due to unpaid import duties or taxes

  • not cleared through customs

  • abandoned or destroyed by customs authorities

then no refund will be issued, including product value and shipping costs.

8. Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved:

  • We will refund the product value (and any other amounts required by applicable law)

  • The refund will be made to your original payment method

  • This normally takes up to 10 business days after our approval

  • Please note: your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund
